Key responsibilities:

Owns all Airfreight Operations activities under file management for the customers under purview including:

• All file management activities post booking.

• Documentation.

• System updates.

• Operational finance.

• Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions.

• Support of customer service in customer query resolution and exception handling.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Industrial engineering, international trade or logistics.

• 5 years of experience in air freight and customer service, with over 2 years in team leadership roles focused on performance improvement.

• Advanced english level.

• Experience with perishable management is a plus.

• Understanding of IATA regulations, airway bills, cargo handling procedures, ULDs, and customs documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills

• Able to adjust to rapidly changing airline schedules, weather disruptions, or client needs.

• Process Driven.

• Customer and People Oriented

• Ability to thrive in a team environment

• Proficient in MS Office tools. Cargowise is a plus.
