As a valued member of our diverse, high-performing team, you'll:

  • Drive Air growth and profitability by executing global strategies into local plans, ensuring superior customer experience.
  • Own all Airfreight Operations activities, including file management, documentation, system updates, operational finance, and proactive communication with customer service for exception handling.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, customer care, pricing, and other stakeholders to deliver top-tier service.
  • Identify market trends, support global strategy execution, maintain carrier relationships, and build strong customer partnerships.
  • Ensure flawless file management, timely delivery of shipments, and zero penalties or defects.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and continuously improve CM1 metrics.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of general logistics experience (experience within gateway or financial operations is a strong advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, confidence in presenting, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure, collaborate effectively, and maintain consistent communication.
  • Cross-cultural awareness.

Weekend availability is essential due to operational demands.
