Think Global. Build Your Finance Career Locally with Maersk.

Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with a strong background in Order to Cash within a shared services environment?

Join the growing Maersk Global Service Centre in Warsaw and take ownership of complex customer accounts, escalations and working capital performance across an international organisation.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who understands the full OTC landscape, is confident working with customers and senior stakeholders, and can turn data and insight into practical improvements.

As a Senior OTC / Accounts Receivable Analyst with Dutch, you will act as a key point of contact for customer accounts receivable matters across multiple entities and portfolios.

You will manage complex and high-value accounts, resolve escalations, investigate chronic overdue balances and identify the root causes behind recurring issues. Working closely with customers, internal teams and third-party financial service providers, you will help improve cash collection, working capital and the overall customer experience.

This role goes beyond transactional collections. You will use your OTC expertise to strengthen controls, improve processes and provide clear financial insight to stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Owning complex Accounts Receivable portfolios and customer account issues from identification through to resolution
  • Managing customer and internal escalations with professionalism, urgency and sound judgement
  • Conducting regular account reviews, reconciliations and detailed analysis of overdue balances
  • Investigating the root causes of chronic debt, disputes and payment delays
  • Supporting the delivery of monthly and annual cash collection and working capital targets
  • Monitoring performance against KPIs and SLAs, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions
  • Preparing management information, customer reports and actionable financial insights for stakeholders
  • Managing customer communications and business correspondence in Dutch and English
  • Capturing and sharing relevant information from customer interactions with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborating with upstream and downstream teams to resolve both standard and exception-based process flows
  • Working with third-party financial service providers to ensure effective delivery and customer outcomes
  • Supporting process standardisation and identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
  • Contributing senior-level expertise, guidance and best-practice thinking within the wider OTC team

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced OTC professional who can combine strong technical knowledge with confident stakeholder and customer management.

You will ideally bring:

  • Significant experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, collections or credit control
  • Previous experience within a shared services, Global Business Services or Global Service Centre environment
  • Professional proficiency in Dutch and English, including the ability to manage business correspondence and customer conversations in both languages
  • Strong knowledge of customer account reconciliation, cash collection, dispute management and overdue debt resolution
  • Experience managing complex customer portfolios and sensitive escalations
  • A good understanding of KPIs, SLAs, working capital and financial performance reporting
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, investigate root causes and translate findings into practical solutions
  • Experience working across different products, brands, legal entities or geographic markets
  • A continuous improvement mindset and an interest in process standardisation and automation
  • The confidence to challenge constructively, influence stakeholders and take ownership of outcomes

Experience in a large, international or matrix organisation would be particularly valuable.

What We Offer

Join the Maersk Global Service Centre in Warsaw and become part of a global leader in logistics, where finance plays a critical role in enabling our customers and operations.

You will receive:

  • A permanent employment contract, UoP
  • A competitive salary and benefits package
  • Comprehensive private medical care
  • A Multisport card
  • Structured onboarding, training and support from a dedicated work buddy
  • Professional development and international career opportunities
  • Access to leadership and capability-building programmes
  • A modern, centrally located office in Warsaw
  • The opportunity to work with international customers, stakeholders and colleagues
  • A diverse and inclusive environment where different perspectives are welcomed and valued

This position is fully office-based in our Warsaw location, five days per week. It is ideally suited to someone who values close collaboration, direct access to colleagues and the energy of building a growing team together.
