Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Front Office and OTCX (One Team Customer Service) teams to support operations.
Manage transactional processes and reporting using tools such as Excel, SAP BI, and local country systems.
Liaise with customs brokers to ensure smooth ocean import operations.
To ensure zero error by making no errors at all while processing the transport document instructions.
To ensure zero number of documents and amendments waiting in the queue by ensuring prioritization bills and FIFO (first in first out) process in Solar queue.
To ensure all communication messages assigned are handled in general within 24 running hours with focus on urgent issues prioritization.
To ensure knowledge is shared and team spirit is maintained above individual interests.
Timely processing of manual tasks within the timeframe agreed by team.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong background in documentation.
Demonstrates strong communication capabilities in an international environment.
Ocean import knowledge and experience.
Strong time management to complete tasks on time.
A proactive attitude to foresee irregularities and propose alternative solutions.
Ability to work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines.
Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines when required.
Preferred Educational Background / Work Experience:
Bachelor's Degree of any course.
3 years background in logistics, shipping and supply chain management industry.
Experience to handle import customs is a nice to have.
Willing to work in day shift and/or mid shift schedule and hybrid working arrangement.
