⚙️ THE KEY BITS
Whereabouts: Our Finance team is located in and around London. Given the nature of this role, we prioritise UK-based candidates.Visas: We can sponsor a visa for exceptional candidates.Interviews: 3 stages totalling around 3 hours over 2 weeks.Salary: We benchmarked* ca. £60-75k at IC4/MN1 level in our career framework depending on your level of experience. Juro has big ambitions: de-throne MS Word and DocuSign as the default way to agree contracts online. And we'll need a lot of help doing it.
Legal tech on the rise: companies in this space already attracted more than $1 billion in funding this year as the slow-moving industry digitises. With 3x annual revenue growth, we're in a great position to pilot this change.
⚔️ The challenge:As we’ve grown, our financial operation has also become more complex. That means increase demands on our team today on:- new responsibilities driven by company growth (e.g. upcoming audits, in-house accounting)- the volume of transactional, business-as-usual workWhile we’re getting more sophisticated in dealing with these increased demands (e.g. rolling our NetSuite in Q3 2022), tech alone can’t solve the challenges we’ll face in the coming months and year.
👉 Where you come in:We’re looking for a Financial Controller that has seen a scaling SaaS journey comparably to Juro (ca. $4-20m ARR) and will:- support and oversee maintenance of our financial processes and controls- support for Audit requirements from 2023- with time, take over people management responsibilities as the Finance team itself grows.

To ensure Juro's finances operate compliantly and deliver value for money for Juro. And to build integrity and efficiency into all of our processes.
🏆 Success for you means:- Lead our month-end processes to ensure reporting deadlines are met- Ensure the balance sheet is reconciled and controlled effectively through monthly review- Work on delivery of statutory accounts and regulatory reporting- Support work on all things audit- Optimise NetSuite data ensuring that it is the source of truth for all financial and operational information
🌱 Your progression with Juro:We are looking to bring someone in at IC4 level in our career framework and will look to grow you into MN1 level over time (prior management experience is a big plus). You have:- An ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.- You have ca. 3+ years post-qualified experience (PQE).*- Scaling stage-relevant SaaS journey ($4-20m ARR).
