Juro has big ambitions: de-throne MS Word and DocuSign as the default way to agree contracts online. And we'll need a lot of help doing it.
Legal tech on the rise: companies in this space already attracted more than $1 billion in funding this year as the slow-moving industry digitises. With 3x annual revenue growth, we're in a great position to pilot this change.
⚔️ The challenge:As we’ve grown, our financial operation has also become more complex. That means increase demands on our team today on:- new responsibilities driven by company growth (e.g. upcoming audits, in-house accounting)- the volume of transactional, business-as-usual workWhile we’re getting more sophisticated in dealing with these increased demands (e.g. rolling our NetSuite in Q3 2022), tech alone can’t solve the challenges we’ll face in the coming months and year.
👉 Where you come in:We’re looking for a Financial Controller that has seen a scaling SaaS journey comparably to Juro (ca. $4-20m ARR) and will:- support and oversee maintenance of our financial processes and controls- support for Audit requirements from 2023- with time, take over people management responsibilities as the Finance team itself grows.

To ensure Juro's finances operate compliantly and deliver value for money for Juro. And to build integrity and efficiency into all of our processes.
🏆 Success for you means:- Lead our month-end processes to ensure reporting deadlines are met- Ensure the balance sheet is reconciled and controlled effectively through monthly review- Work on delivery of statutory accounts and regulatory reporting- Support work on all things audit- Optimise NetSuite data ensuring that it is the source of truth for all financial and operational information
🌱 Your progression with Juro:We are looking to bring someone in at IC4 level in our career framework and will look to grow you into MN1 level over time (prior management experience is a big plus). We have a career framework for progression at Juro and will offer support for whichever route suits you best in your future.

🌈 Research shows that while men apply to jobs if they meet ~60% of criteria, women and those in traditionally underrepresented groups tend to apply only if they check all boxes. So if you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit.
You have:- An ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.- You have ca. 3+ years post-qualified experience (PQE).*- Scaling stage-relevant SaaS journey ($4-20m ARR).
*What you’ve done is more important to us than how long you’ve done it. We added years of experience to this job ad as a rough guideline for the seniority we’re looking for. If you think you are a great fit otherwise but don’t quite hit that number of year, please still apply.
You approach work in a way that emphasises our values:
#BeMoreHuman- Stakeholder support: You’ve had to adapt to different team environments in the past and run cross-team projects independently.
#StriveToDeliver- Problem-solving: You can point to new processes and enhancements you implemented in your past roles that had a measurable impact on the Finance function.
#LoveTheDetails- Technical accounting: You’ve gained a deep understanding of accounting standards, audit requirements, preparation of statutory accounts, taxation and reporting.
#KeepItSimple- Communication: You speak clearly and concisely with structured answers, and have proactively engaged with business partners on financial planning in the past.

Help the world agree more by making contracts frictionless and accessible to everyone.
Businesses run on contracts. But it can take five separate tools just to agree one simple agreement. Switching between Word, eSignature and your inbox while you chase files creates admin for legal and friction for the business. And at a scaling business, there’s no time for contracts to block growth.
But what if your business could self-serve on contracts, while legal stays in control of contract process? That’s why we founded Juro: the all-in-one contract automation platform that helps legal counsel and the teams they enable to agree and manage contracts in one place.
Old-fashioned contract systems are built for handling static files. Juro’s flexible template editor makes it simple to create and collaborate on contracts in the browser, as well as integrate contracts into your other tools. Simple contracts are agreed faster, with better collaboration between teams.
Put contracts on autopilot — so your business can focus on growth.
