⚙️ THE KEY BITS
Whereabouts: We're HQed in London but have distributed team members within BST +/- 3 hours. For this role, we prioritise candidates that want to work at least partly from our UK hub.
Visas: We can sponsor a UK work visa and we do offer relocation. But we do give priority to UK-based candidates without visa requirements.
Interviews: 3 stages totalling around 3.5 hours over 2.5 weeks.
Salary: We benchmarked £120-130k, double OTE plus generous equity.

🌠 YOUR MISSION
To be an emerging sales leader, driving new business growth at Juro by continuing to develop a repeatable sales engine and nurturing a team of A-player account executives.
You will take over the AE hiring process from James and play an influential part in building out our sales team and culture.
🏆 Success for you means:
- Your team are consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- Your team (6-8 Account Executives) is enabled to maintain an SQL:close of ~25%.
- Repeatable best practices are in place (e.g. shortened ramp times of new AEs to ≤5 months to full quota) that will scale as you work towards becoming a manager of managers.

You will join us at MN3 level in our career map. We expect the next natural step for you to move up into a Senior Director (MN4) position.

You've either been in an environment where:
- You have (led a team with) a solid track record of quota-carrying.
- You have worked for a venture-backed B2B SaaS business, ideally series B-D.
- You have led a team from a diverse set of backgrounds.
Your leadership approach emphasises:
- Leadership: You hire great managers/ICs and make them measurably successful.
- Win as a team: You collaborate well with other teams to drive shared revenue objectives.
- Communication: You are clear and concise in how you talk and what you write.
- Judgement: You support big-bet decisions with data and easy-to-follow logic.
- Execution: You have performed against personally attributable targets.
- Strategy: You build a long-term vision and strategic objectives for your function, operationalise that strategy accordingly and think in systems rather than symptoms.
Bonus points if:
- You have sold a disruptive solution.
- Your sales cycle is <45 days on average.
- You've sold high-velocity deals, ideally between ca. $20k-$50k annual contract value.
