We are looking for a senior people operations specialist within our People Operations and Insights team. This role will be critical in supporting the business and developing our processes within the people function. You’ll be working within a hyperscaling business and helping us ensure fantastic employee experiences as we expand.

Your work will focus on supporting teams in the UK and also across the world as we scale into 50+ international markets.Your work will be to manage our people processes to ensure consistent service delivery, as well as continuous improvements across all aspects of the employee journey. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our people are well supported and that our people operations processes run smoothly.

In The People Operations and Insights Team we

  • Coordinate our people processes to make sure we deliver great employee experiences consistently.
  • Manage all aspects of how we onboard, develop, reward and offboard our people effectively.
  • Act as experts to support and educate our our people about our policies and processes.
  • Develop enhancements to our ways of working and introduce automation to streamline our workflows.
  • Take ownership of ensuring our people data is correct and that we have all the elements we need in place.
  • Ensure that our business meets all it’s commitments and obligations globally.

As Senior People Operations Specialist you will

  • Develop policies and communications which help our people understand our processes and ways of working.
  • Introduce automation to improve our processes and efficiency.
  • Manage a range of projects from start to finish, spanning all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Help make continual and data driven improvements to employee experience across our business.
  • Support our rapidly expanding teams to ensure we keep focus on strategic priorities by owning project deliverables and ensuring that our efforts are well coordinated with other departments.
  • Work on developing systems and structures that ensure our underlying people data is accurate and that we accurately and promptly respond to stakeholders.

We Look For

  • Passion for people processes and the impact employee experience can have on business performance.
  • Proven experience developing and leading interventions that deliver business results.
  • Experience managing roll out of new people initiatives and processes, ideally across multiple countries or in a rapidly changing environment.
  • A strong academic background grounded in a numerate subject, or equivalent work experience.
  • A self-directing attitude and a growth mindset.
