The Infogrid mission is a lofty one, and as an FP&A Analyst you’ll be working with all aspects of the Infogrid’s finances, so collaboration is key in order to enhance and develop regular robust reporting and analysis for senior management.
The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for building and developing reporting, budgeting and forecasting models and processes. Working in a highly cross-functional capacity with the technical teams and other departments within the business, so you’ll need to understand the reporting requirements and deliver them in a way that is scalable for future growth.
Key responsibilities include business partnering with Tech & other departments to support on decision making with financial analysis, and to provide budget inputs on operational costs of the functions; leading monthly reviews with departments for understanding variances to budget; supporting the controllership with month-end management accounts, POs and payments; supporting business partners with ad hoc priority projects such as deep dive into cost drivers for core systems in order to understand how to better forecast and allocate costs.
The role works closely with a range of levels from SLT for departments, through managers, to individuals, so the candidate must have experience adapting their communication style accordingly.

What we think you’ll need to be successful:

  • Passion for sustainability and tech
  • Accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA), NQ to 3Y PQE, solid accounting skills
  • Strong communication skills with all levels of business
  • Business partnering experience with senior stakeholders
  • Experience providing variance analysis - insights and commentary on management accounts
  • Working in fast paced environment with data that may be complex or incomplete
  • Strong team player and collaborator

Nice to have:

  • Startup/scale-up experience
  • SaaS experience, AWS experience
