Description:
Reporting into the Platform Partnerships Director, the Senior Platform Partnerships Manager is responsible for identifying and growing revenue amongst Influencer’s existing platform relationships with TikTok and META across EMEA. Day-to-day you will outreach to and engage with our current platform relationships, collaborating with our creative, strategy and client services teams to develop innovative business proposals and strategies to drive revenue opportunities. You will create, manage, and control a broad revenue pipeline - and you will consistently deliver against your revenue targets and a range of other business development KPIs.
A candidate who has extensive experience in the branded content / creator partnerships space, and is familiar with content strategies on TikTok’s and Meta’s platforms - to activate large partnerships - will excel in this role.
*Note: This role will be a hybrid role with an expectation that a minimum of two days a week are spent in Influencer’s London office.
Responsibilities:
Create a pipeline of opportunities in EMEA across our exisitg platform partenrships, TikTok and META.
Build trusted relationships with key clients from our partnerships, to better understand their influencer marketing and measurement needs.
Achieve significant revenue targets and account growth amongst partners..
Develop long term, meaningful relationships with key stakeholders across various divisions at our platform relationships.
Flawlessly sell Influencer partnerships, with confidence, passion and enthusiasm.
Lead strategic conversations and sell best-in class campaigns. Ensuring client value, creative innovation and excellence are delivered.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal strategy teams, to drive collaboration and best-in-class work.
Manage end to end campaign briefing process with internal and external stakeholders.
Regularly report to key internal stakeholders on sales performance and sales forecasting.
Provide regular market feedback to our product and marketing team to aid in the development of our product and offering.
Extensive knowledge of the broader competitive landscape, staying on top of relevant market trends, any platform updates and client needs.
Collaborate with our marketing team ang alongside with our platform partners; to develop case studies, thought leadership and other success stories on our partnerships.
Collaborate with our product team, to regularly update them on platform updates and product effeciences.
Work with the Platform Partnerships Director to ensure all criteria for our ‘badged’ status with partners, are met to maintain a strong working relationship.
Requirements:
4+ years experience in building sales relationships in digital, branded content and wider media.
2+ years experience selling or building social/influencer marketing campaigns.
Extensive experience selling branded content/Influencer marketing campaigns and developing commercial strategies.
A deep understanding of key social platforms, their paid offering and use of creators.
You thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, eager to grow revenues in an exponential manner.
You consistently deliver against revenue targets.
In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing and agency partner requirements.
Proven track record opening doors across brands and agency contacts at all levels.
Exceptional presentation and numerical skills.
