First we assess the flexibility options Influencer provides and then we anonymously survey a statistically significant proportion of their employees to make sure Influencer is as flexible as they say they are. Our assessment is based on the six key elements of flexibility: location, hours, autonomy, benefits, role modelling and work-life balance.

Flexible working at Influencer

We are a hybrid business, with an amazing new head office right in the heart of Soho in London!

We operate on a flexible basis allowing people to work from home as well as encouraging people to come into our collaborative working space a few days a week.

We feel it is important to have a balance and encourage at home working for focus time but also encourage office time to ensure teams have the opportunity to develop, learn and grow together as well as socialise with the wider Influencer team!
