Influencer enables brands to be seen at scale across digital; driving growth and guaranteed success on social media. We build meaningful relationships between creators and brands, whilst making advertising effective, but more importantly inclusive.

We are an Official Global Marketing Partner with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok - they’re also our clients too! 

Co-founded by entrepreneur Ben Jeffries and YouTuber Caspar Lee, we’re a global team of 90+ with some of the best talent in the industry across New York, London, Manchester, Dubai and Warsaw. We’re championing a new era of creativity and producing award-winning campaigns for brands such as Google, Vodafone, Playtika, Procter & Gamble, Pernod Ricard and Levi’s, to name a few.

Flexible working at Influencer

We are a hybrid business, with an amazing new head office right in the heart of Soho in London!

We operate on a flexible basis allowing people to work from home as well as encouraging people to come into our collaborative working space a few days a week.

We feel it is important to have a balance and encourage at home working for focus time but also encourage office time to ensure teams have the opportunity to develop, learn and grow together as well as socialise with the wider Influencer team!

At Influencer we are working on better supporting our affinity networks (LGBTQ+, BAME, Women, Disability, Neurodiversity, Socio-Economic Backgrounds, Mental Health) . We see this in the way we work every day. Inclusion is everyone's responsibility and being an ally is an important way of using each other's voices to support diversity in an organisation.‍

Our vision is for Influencer to be an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive and have a rewarding career. We’re holding ourselves accountable by monitoring our workforce stats, alongside our creator pool stats with our board. This will ensure we hold ourselves accountable to our goals, understand how we’re doing and make changes where we need to.‍

We have put together a committee of people, led by our VP Of People (Heart), who work in our offices who help us focus and champion Diversity and Inclusion at Influencer.‍

We appreciate we need to be consistently improving, so this is a work in progress. We will educate ourselves to do better, and in turn, be better as a company.
