That’s why we’ve made it our mission to build the next generation of technologies for online multi-user games and simulations.
At Improbable, you are surrounded by people who want to improve everything and everyone around them, and who compel you to improve yourself. We’re motivated by the fulfilment of solving hard problems to achieve something profound and transformative.

As Senior Producer you will be responsible for managing the development of large or complex key areas of development of product, ensuring the project delivers against its business goals with regards to acquisition, engagement, retention, monetisation and operations. You will be an expert problem solver who continuously innovates and improves existing processes across the project and facilitates collaboration for the team members and external stakeholders. You will also mentor and lead other members of the production team to increase overall standards within the production discipline.

  • Provide visibility for the team and external stakeholders on progress made on the product and communicate risk when necessary.
  • Able to translate the high-level pillars and objectives of the project into meaningful work for the development team; someone who keeps the development schedule aligned with our goals.
  • Deliver improvements to the production craft in terms of processes, pipelines, and discipline.
  • Actively make and propose time vs. quality vs. risk tradeoffs throughout the process of game development.
  • With regards to process, make improvements for our cross functional teams allowing them to maximise the quality of outputs in a way that is sensitive to costs and organisational timeframes.

We'd like to hear from you if you identify with the following:

  • Driven to excel and improve themselves and the team around them; constructive and helpful to less experienced members of the team.
