Job Description

The role

We are building our UK Field Sales team and we're looking for a super passionate Field Sales Executive to be the face of Huel representing us in coffee shops, convenience stores, offices, and gyms across London 🛒! This role will see you on the road in London for the majority of the week and be available to come to our office in Tring occasionally for team meetings.

Working within our UK Sales Team of 10, every day is different, and this role will give you great exposure to not only the Convenience & Impulse channels but also supporting the team across Grocery too. This is a great foundation for you to build a career within Sales as you will be meeting new and existing customers face-to-face where you will get to pitch and negotiate in a key role for Huel's retail expansion. 🌟

What you'll be doing

  • Researching, planning and locating the best stores for our products to be sold within the convenience and impulse channels across London. 🔍
  • You'll be generating leads, landing new listings & driving existing customers to generate new sales opportunities.🏆
  • Relationship building is key, you will be identifying decision makers for listings and building brilliant rapport with every manager and customer, as the key face of the Huel brand. 🤝
  • You will be working on multiple leads and new listings to hit your monthly targets, high level of organisation required to produce excellent execution. ⌚
  • Pipeline and Sales Reporting is vital, you will produce weekly and monthly reporting on channel & account performance vs targets, pipeline development, and reference back to objectives to ensure we are on-track to hit our goals. Spotting under performance and putting plans in place to rectify is equally important. 📊
  • You will gain Consumer & Retail insights in-store and continually feed these back to the business, to grow sales and execute future strategy. 💭
  • You will be the eyes and the ears of the Huel retail team and will stay up to date on the latest trends & what’s happening in store. 👀
  • Passion for Huel is key to having the ability to make our customers and store managers happy. ❤️

What we're looking for in you

  • Energy and enthusiasm to roll up your sleeves and get involved from day one. Hustle hard, work fast & be a proud Hueligan. 🌟
  • Ideally, you will have been in a field sales or merchandising role within the FMCG Space.
  • Take ownership and be an organised self-starter, you will be given support & the tools, but the onus is on you to plan your own diary and manage your own workload and work independently.
  • You'll also be a team player, you will be happy to support the team and muck in together. 🙌
  • Be Better than yesterday: you will have a growth mindset and will want to learn and develop in the role.
  • Engaging & persuasive communication skills, a natural relationship builder.
  • Results driven & tenacious, a strong desire to hunt down the best retail accounts and land and drive listings.
  • Resilient can-do attitude, comfortable dealing with challenging situations.
  • Entrepreneurial to think outside the box to problem solve and deliver great customer experiences.
