  • Provide administrative and face-to-face support to employees and leaders (signatures, frontline tasks, guidance on MyHR/Workday, documentation).

  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, training, and change management activities, as well as support project deployment.

  • Manage HR cases and queries, maintain data quality in Workday, and oversee workforce scheduling, time, and leave management.

  • Handle legal documentation and archiving, collect company property, support disciplinary actions, lead engagement activities, and proactively identify issues.

  • 🎯 What We’re Looking For:

    • 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, including at least 3 years in warehouse HR operations.

    • Strong knowledge of local labor legislation (LFT) and hands-on experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.

    • Proven track record in warehouse start-ups and operational environments, with a genuine interest in hands-on, operational work.

    • Conversational English proficiency, enabling effective communication in diverse settings.

    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage conflicts and maintain attention to detail
