POSITION: Full/Part Time (minimum of 4 days a week)

LOCATION: Hybrid - but flexible

Healios is pioneering the world’s first digitalisation of NHS Mental Health Trust outpatient services, covering multiple complex specialist assessment and psychological intervention services. OUR TEAM

We are made up of product managers (who work with key internal stakeholders to identify business needs), product designers, user researchers & user experience writers (who identify user needs and design delightful user experiences), programme managers (who work with key stakeholders to deliver/implement initiatives into business as usual) and subject matter (clinical) experts.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Join our growing product and tech teams to develop our clinical platform collaboratively. We are working in cross functional teams to solve shared objectives. This opportunity is focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our clinicians working with the clinical platform and mentor the designer in the team. At Healios we have in house clinicians, meaning 300 users we can test with on a regular basis. You will have the opportunity to take an active part of product discovery and conduct user research with the support of our user researcher. Together with the product manager and the engineering in your squad you will conduct solution discovery and design solutions that can be tested and measured.

You will have the opportunity to grow the product design function to grow and mature and support and manage designers in the team. Testing design processes, design principles and growing the UI design library.

As part of our pre-employment checks, all employees of Healios will be asked to have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Dependent on your role within the business, this will either be an Enhanced or Basic. A Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check will be required. You will also be asked to provide two professional references as a minimum.
