šLocation - Based in our lovely Sheffield office 3 days per week, the other 2 days are up to you!
ABOUT THE ROLE
Working as part of our Customer Support Team you will provide 1st line support for the Vouch platform to our customers and end-users such as applicants, guarantors, agents. In this role you will also be required to provide some technical support to the Vouch team, however this is not essential.
The day to day stuff:
No two days are ever the same at Vouch so what youāll be up to will vary. The pace we move at also means priorities will change and youāll need to be comfortable with this (weāll support you!). But these are the things that will be core to your role and will keep you busy.
Tech Support to our Customers:
- Handling direct support requests via telephone and web chat
- Responding to tickets raised in the helpdesk system (Zendesk)
- Liaising with the development, account management and sales teams to ensure support requests are resolved in an efficient and timely manner
ABOUT YOU
You should apply if you:
- Are tech savvy and can quickly understand new systems and products
- You have excellent knowledge of Windows and Mac OS experience in Microsoft Office
- Are self-motivated with excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- You know hot to strike the balance of being both personable and professional at all times
- Are decisive and comfortable making decisions
- Know how to multitask and working efficiently in your superpower
- Have knowledge of the rental industry/process (bonus points not essential)
