Form3's Customer Success team focus on developing long-term relationships with our clients globally. Working with clients including Tier 1 banks, Fintechs and Payment Service Providers, our customer success teams work both regionally and collaboratively across our three core markets; the UK, Europe and the US. The Customer Success team works in partnership with our Marketing team, A fast growing function at the centre of the company’s expansion tasked with driving brand awareness, demand generation and customer growth.

Joining Form3 as a Sales & Marketing Operations Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of reporting and best practice for our Customer Success and Marketing teams, utilising Salesforce to analyse performance and opportunity. Whilst Form3 is a remote-friendly business, we thrive on sharing our experience to benefit all of our customers which may mean we decide to meet in person from time-to-time.


The Sales & Marketing Operations Manager will be key to ensuring clear and effective reporting across our commercial business units. You will make significant contributions to the success of Form3 by enabling the Customer Success and Marketing teams to make better business decisions and will work closely with them to evaluate and measure strategic business initiatives.

Given the nature of the role, you will work closely with both our Head of Sales & Marketing Operations and members of the executive team alongside key stakeholders in the business. This is a unique opportunity to apply technical and analytical skills, thought leadership, and business learning in a fast-growing SaaS business.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and other visualisations using Salesforce and Excel which synthesise data to share actionable insights with the team and wider Form3 business.
  • Create personalised sales views for the sales team and help to develop best practice across the team.
  • Work closely with Finance on the revenue operations process whilst developing sales and marketing dashboards and reports
  • Work to ensure data quality and accountability.
  • Increasing operational efficiency through refining processes and making systematic enhancements
  • Digging in deeper to tell the story behind the numbers and find out what’s really going on


  • A minimum of five years’ experience within sales and marketing operations, preferably in the financial services, payments and/or software market.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and writing skills.
  • Proven success in creating reporting dashboards and exec level reports.
  • Salesforce Accreditation and ideally experience working with Pardot/Marketing Cloud.
