Form3 is an amazing organisation!!
It’s the first company in my career where I didn't think about leaving after working there for a few months!
Working for a remote-first company, I have the freedom to balance my work and home life effectively. This has allowed me to be more productive and focused when I am working and to have more time for the other things in life that matter to me.
Form3 is a unique place, smart people, good pay and brilliant CEO.
Form3 management genuinely seem to care about staff wellbeing. The benefits are decent and the atmosphere is usually relaxed and always collaborative.
In my experience there is a great deal of flexibility around working hours and I have never had any issues stepping out to pick up the kids from school, running an errand etc. and making up the time later on.
Coming from a company that's almost the opposite in terms of flexibility, trust/autonomy and ways of working, I'm really happy to be at Form3 now. We're not scoring 100% on all areas, but in the cases it does not, it is in my opinion a valid reason for it.
I love Form3, its flexibility and team! Working here is a very flexible culture, however does come with location limits unfortunately, which I hope they expand to more countries.
The company are striving for greatness in all elements of attracted, inducting and retaining great talent. I love the environment I work within both virtually and physically, the company wide team that I interact with and the work that I am undertaking to help the company continue to grow and mature.
