You’re an outstanding* salesperson and you have the track record to back this up.

- You’re a sponge, always looking to learn and develop yourself. You’ll be the first person to raise their hand if there’s a call coaching session on offer!

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be joining a new inside sales function at Flipdish, working with inbound leads and some outcome work too.
You’ll be selling our software solutions to takeaway / quick service restaurants (independants and small chains) across the UK.
Your job is to get new customers over the line and set them up for succes and begin to ramp them up. Our customer success team then take on the next challenge of helping them continue to grow their direct-to-consumer business with Flipdish.
Why might this may or may not be right for you?
The pace is very rapid and innovation, collaboration and new ideas are expected. It’s not a place for a lone wolf.
The team is incredibly helpful but you’ll also have to fend for yourself at times. We haven’t created all the sales enablement materials and are figuring a lot of things out as we go. You’ll help us create the playbook.
Like any company in hypergrowth, change happens in abundance at Flipdish. You’ll need to be very adaptable and comfortable with incomplete information and living in the grey.
Call coaching is a thing here. Some people love it and will seize every opportunity to learn and grow. For others, just the thought of listening back to a call with your manager or your peers makes you feel queasy, and that’s ok. Flipdish just won’t offer the right environment for you.
Using the CRM is key. If you’re the type of salesperson who smashes their targets but doesn’t move new leads through the pipeline until they’re either won or lost, then this won’t be for you.
