Role:
- Due to our continued and exciting growth, Flipdish is seeking an experienced Activations specialist for France.
- You will work in partnership with our customer success team ensuring that our clients are set up for success with the Flipdish platform.
- Instrumental in influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores
- Manage key metrics that feed into team-based goals around customer retention, growth, and advocacy
- We want you to bring new ideas and knowledge to Flipdish as that will help our customers and Flipdish succeed

Candidate profile:
- You will be a high-achiever with experience in a client-facing activation, account management, or project management position.
- Flexibility - being able to adapt to changing priorities and excellent communication skills, both internally with the Flipdish team and externally with our clients, are essential.
- People person! You love working with people
- You're a foodie with a passion for technology.
- Must be results-focused with a can-do-attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you will be talking to our customers after all!
- Desire to work in a high growth, dynamic startup environment.
- Fluency in English and French
Career achievements
- You have been successful in a hyper growth environment.
- Understand how a SaaS business operates and ultimately how to improve processes
- You have managed an on-boarding and activation process in its entirety
- Prior experience working with clients and internal teams like sales, operations, and menu to provide a seamless and positive onboarding experience for Flipdish customers
- Familiarity or awareness of the Flipdish product
- Ideally at least one year of experience in client activation, account management, or customer service
