  • AE’s will build a list of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close
  • Connect with new prospective customers via phone, email, face to face and demonstration establishing relationships - you will need to be strategically minded focusing on targeting a specific region or customer type and going after it!
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline, updating opportunities for weekly and monthly forecasting
  • Partner with teams across the business to ensure client expectations are set during the sales process and met in delivery
  • Maintain current knowledge of the global product ecosystem & competitive landscape
  • Create a great first impression for prospective Flipdish merchants by using storytelling, case studies and other materials to inspire them about how Flipdish could benefit their businesses

Candidate profile:

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Foodie & Tech enthusiast - you will be passionate about revolutionizing the hospitality industry.
  • Target driven - comfortable hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively with razor-sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills
  • Knowledge of the types of products that Flipdish offer
  • Tech savvy - An understanding of coding/how websites are built

Career Achievements:

  • Proven track record closing deals, and smashing targets ideally in the Food/Hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of market research and capability to understand data and turn it into effective insight
  • 1-3 years sales experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Have thrived and been successful in a startup/ scaling business
