THE ROLEYou'll lead a recently created team within Operational Excellence with a pivotal role in executing a portfolio of Key Strategic Transformational projects. This team will partner with our Creative Operations teams, Tech teams and also with articulation of other functional areas within Operations. The team should act as an authority in regards to the Creative Operations transformation plans, giving visibility, escalating issues and promoting celebrations on our together achievements. This team will also be responsible to build end-to-end scalable new processes and/or by working with other functional areas, providing support on building new solutions/services. The scope of the Process Development team on these projects can include the entire development process (e.g., discovery, value proposition, operating model, definition, requirements gathering, budget impacts, project plan). Reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence, you will focus on managing a team to work side by side with our teams to achieve with agility the best product representation on our platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL DO• You will be recruiting and lead a team of Specialists on Process Development, you need the ability to think and reason logically;• You will work with all the team members focusing on their development, fostering autonomy by creating an agility and focus mindset;• You will ensure a consistent investment in people's growth and evolution;• You will be responsible for setting the ideal skills for all the specialist levels and ensure a training plan for each team member according to their career path;• You will lead the design and implementation of our Creative Operations transformation plans, by working closely with the Content Development team, Content Creation, CrOps Performance team mainly Solutions Design Team;• You will lead projects with high levels of uncertainty, and you need to build a high-level strategic vision for them as well as the expected outcomes;• Manage and report on performance within the department or area of responsibility; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports and hold them accountable for achieving these; take appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of our Objective and Key Results.
WHO YOU ARE• You have 8+ years of professional experience, a relevant part of these in managing teams focused on building processes, on process design, driving lean processes implementation and project management;• You have proven influencing skills and experience in managing stakeholders at diverse levels of the organization, namely at the senior level;• You are naturally interested in growing people and making the most out of the different profiles within a diverse team;• You are confident working at senior levels, with excellent engagement;• Verbal, and written communication skills both in Portuguese and English;• You are willing to take ownership of issues and can communicate effectively with our teams;• You have the confidence and knowledge to provide constructive feedback to your team and teams to help support their improvement & development.
