You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break!THE ROLEThe role is part of the Product Catalogue Management (PCM) team and will report directly to the Catalogue Development Manager. Our team maximizes catalogue availability, by reducing points of failure in the product creation process and working closely with tech to develop scalable solutions. In this role you will be working in 3 main areas: (1) support the development of Farfetch´s Key Strategic Initiatives from a catalogue perspective, (2) work with Product Managers and Engineering to deliver catalogue tech solutions and (3) support the onboarding of enterprise-grade partners into the platform.

What you'll do:

  • Act as a catalogue expert in complex, multifunctional projects delivering long-term value to the platform
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering to deliver scalable tech solutions to cope with the catalogue´s growing complexity and size
  • Work with client-facing teams to understand the catalogue needs of platform partners, working with internal teams to tackle them via processes or tech solutions
  • Ensure that the catalogue Business Solutions Blueprint is always updated and reflects the catalogue processes and routines
  • Solve complex catalogue problems, using your knowledge of SaaS, Product Master Data and Data Analytics
  • Convince stakeholders to support your initiatives, by building robust business cases, supported by strong analytics and storytelling

Who you are:

  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably working in an online company, SaaS, or consultancy company
  • You have a critical mindset and are able to independently make complex data analysis to support decision-making in a fast-paced environment
  • You have experience in gathering business requirements and working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to cover those needs via tech solutions
  • You have a university degree, preferably in physical sciences, math, economics, or engineering
  • You have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously, and are an experienced project manager, preferably on a consulting or tech company
  • You are confident working at senior levels, with excellent engagement, verbal, and written communication skills both in Portuguese and English
  • An understanding of online fashion and luxury is a bonus
