THE ROLE

We are looking for a Marketing Production Manager to join the Marketing Production team at Farfetch. This team is responsible for daily content management across multiple channels. You will define and deliver the CRM and push notification production strategy, help determine our tooling roadmap and manage a team of Executives and Assistants, overseeing the smooth execution and delivery of regular BAU, promotional and marketing campaigns across our retention channels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage and develop a team of assistants and executives
  • Oversee all email and push notification production globally – manage team resource and capacity mapping, prioritise incoming briefs, define production schedules, oversee building of emails and QA team output
  • Own the CRM and push notification production processes and aim to optimise processes and workflows to improve efficiency
  • Create and analyse production reports to measure team efficiency and provide applicable recommendations from the results
  • Work with the CRM team to determine channel strategies and KPIs
  • Work with the Development team on requirements to improve and upgrade our tooling capabilities (with a focus on personalisation and automation) and ensure the smooth implementation of new functionality
  • Work with regional teams to optimise our localisation processes and workflows
  • Influence the Development team's roadmap by identifying requirements for new tools and functionality to achieve increased automation, efficiency and scalability
  • Manage complex projects such as new channel launches or tooling updates and migrations

WHO YOU ARE

  • Management experience
  • Experience using an ESP (preferably Responsys or similar tier 1 provider)
  • Experience planning and executing complex processes and workflows and managing high volumes of content production
  • Experience with dynamic templates and using data to personalise and manipulate content
  • An understanding of design consistencies and email development principles (HTML, CSS and UX)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and experience presenting to and working with senior team members
  • Experience working with product/development teams on tooling requirements
  • Experience working in a similar role in ecommerce and with an understanding of the wider fashion industry
