THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Logistics Planning, you'll be responsible for the E2E visibility of the stock inside our network. From the moment an order is placed with our suppliers until it leaves the warehouse for our B2B or B2C customers. You will be responsible for translating our demand and supply plans into actionable insights for our network, promoting a smooth running of our operation, efficient warehouse utilization and optimized stock availability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and maintain the data streams needed to update the planning tool, ensuring our analytics fits the needs of our partners;
  • Lead the design of the WH planogram, including picking face design, inventory levels across picking locations and the rules for planogram maintenance;
  • Create and maintain the replenishment logic of picking locations, according to product life cycle, sales potential and or profile of the items;
  • Design & implement operational processes to increase automation, remove friction and optimize inventory allocations;
  • Manage and continuously improve inventory optimization using advanced analytics and/or visualization tools to optimize for increased sales, reduced costs and a best-in-class customer experience;
  • Promote the usage of our integrated supply chain planning tool within the business;
  • Champion integrated business planning processes within the structure:
  • Be an advocate for change management in the inventory management space;

WHO YOU ARE

  • Degreed in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or another technical field;
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in analytics, in a supply chain or e-commerce WH inventory management related area;
  • Experience working in the Fashion industry will be a plus;
  • Experience with stock analytics and planning software;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken is mandatory;
  • Process oriented with the ability to identify solutions to problems and opportunities by analyzing data;
