THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Executive within the E-Concessions business to continue driving growth for our fulfilment brands, some of the most critically strategic brands for Farfetch. In your role as Senior Executive, you will report to the Head of Concessions and use your commercial knowledge to build brand relationships and improve trade on site. There are 29 fulfilment partnerships, and you will drive performance on site for 15 of these brands. You will be the primary contact for the partners, in addition to working with our teams across Farfetch including Marketing, Online Merchandising, Creative Production, and Operations to enhance brand presence on the platform and deliver on sales targets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will manage trade for 15 concession brands on-site, running weekly calls and creating trade reports. You will be the primary contact for the brand partners, providing an outstanding level of support to these brands
  • You will liaise between the brands and our warehouse and production teams to make sure inventory goes online in a timely manner
  • You will analyse trends and offer insights to empower fulfilment brand partners to upload more inventory on Farfetch
  • You will work with the planning team to provide visibility on stock position
  • You will be the marketing lead for the team, being the main contact for online marketing channels and ensuring all relevant product is linked to campaigns
  • You will own the implementation of markdowns and promotional strategy for your brands
  • You will manage the pre-order process onsite, engaging brands and working with relevant teams to provide a smooth flow from production to end customer
  • You will oversee catalogue, ensuring all new stock is sent to the photo studio

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are commercially minded and passionate about fashion
  • You are comfortable presenting sales data and creating trade reports
  • You have worked in an ecommerce environment, ideally driving trade
  • You have experience with Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools (e.g. Looker)
