Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the officeTHE ROLEYou will report to the Senior Digital Backend Specialist and you will support the digital operations team to ensure a proper management of the operational flow through the product life cycle, starting with the masterdata file creation, elaboration of ad-hoc analysis during the selling period, phasing out of old season products. You will work in close collaboration with Digital Buying, Catalogue Management, and Logistics. The focus will be to proactively assist in ensuring all operational duties are fulfilled by quickening speed to market and optimizing the seasonal selling period.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Create masterdata and pricelists for main and capsule collection
- Elaborat ad hoc analysis and update periodical reporting
- Forecast and replenishment of packaging
- Collaborate daily with the customer service to assist in solving any operational issues
WHO YOU ARE
- Previous experience in Operations and/or Logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or economy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian is mandatory.
- Ability to work well in a multifaceted, results driven environment.
- Passion for all aspects of digital e-Commerce and the fashion / luxury business;
- Positive approach, proactive and flexible.
