MANINOur monumental office in Via Manin is where NGG was born. It is home to the creative, product and production functions of all the NGG brands; here you will absorb the essence of the NGG DNA and feel the visionary input of the realization of all cross category collections.
THE ROLEAlanui is looking for a Designer to join the Style Team. You will report to the Collection Coordinator and create men's and women's knitwear pieces for the RTW collection and support in all phases of the creative process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Research moodboards and yarns
  • Research new trends, inspirations
  • Design hand drawn and technical sketches and follow the collection from design, development to final product
  • Liaise with the product development office to ensure deadlines are respected
  • Support in fittings
  • Support in the implementation of embroidery and print placements

WHO YOU ARE

  • 4+ years' experience in a similar role in the fashion luxury industry, preferably with a focus on knitwear
  • Degree in Fashion design, a Master's is a plus
  • Good knowledge and use of knitting machines
  • Good technical knowledge of knitwear and other apparel product categories
  • Excellent free hand drawing skills
  • Excellent use and knowledge of Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep to strict deadlines
  • Good level of English both written and spoken, this will be tested in the interview process
