You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano in your lunch break!THE ROLEYou will be in the Data Infrastructure team working as a Product Manager. Your role will be to promote the data products strategy and definition by translating needs and goals into business and product requirements. Working with internal technical teams, you will especially focus on the product backlog for the database infrastructure area. You will also envision and build internal tech products to ensure data is being leveraged across the infrastructure and security function globally.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will gather and distil detailed requirements from several sources, such as user research, analytics and product teams and turn them into a relevant vision and feature definition
  • You will present product plans, benefits and results, to a spectrum of audiences, and will advocate for your users
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of the High-level Roadmaps for your products within the infrastructure area - and ensure that the most valuable items are being worked on
  • Keep up-to-date with new trends in the global market, ideating on ways to improve how data is used within infrastructure
  • Oversee the product lifecycle of each of the products in your portfolio, through development and documentation
  • Work with stakeholders to develop and validate defensible and meaningful business cases which address needs and opportunities. Establish the metrics to measure the impact of the feature development within your domain
  • Work, in an agile environment, with the engineering team during the entire product life-cycle

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are passionate about developing customer-centric products and solving complex problems that impact multiple teams
  • Experienced in working with diversified teams during the entire lifecycle of product development - pre-impact analysis, deployment and post-deployment activities, and maintaining defined product roadmaps
  • You have a background in Product Management and 3 or more years of experience product delivery and discovery
  • You have experience working in large-scale organisations with a global customer reach
  • Experienced in shaping a product roadmap based on partner needs, research, data, and industry trends - with a particular emphasis on using data to drive better decisions
  • Experienced in working with large and demanding companies
  • Able to adapt to a fast paced and frequently changing environment
  • Ideally you have some exposure to databases and cloud computing
  • Proficiency in English
