Our office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub. With an open-plan space, ideal for collaborative working, an outdoor terrace for a team lunch, or a dedicated studio for a yoga class.

THE ROLE

As part of the People Operations team, this role will manage benefits administration, vendor relationships and improving and streamlining the current benefits offering so it is aligned with our workforce and the overall Total Rewards strategy. As FARFETCH Group continues to expand and change rapidly, we are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a high growth environment, with previous experience in dealing with queries, managing both internal and external stakeholder relationships and with strong communication skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Partner with benefits providers to review and maintain our current benefits offering (contracts, premiums, invoices, ad hoc changes etc.).
  • Work with and support the Payroll and People Business Partnering teams to ensure all benefits data is accurate and reconciled, with all relevant changes within the population captured.
  • Ownership of the benefits portal, ensuring all new starters, leavers, salary and allowance changes are updated in good time, as well as taking responsibility for its technical operation.
  • Main point of contact for all UK benefits queries
  • Coordinate the annual benefits renewal programme and have a focus on benefits engagement throughout the year by holding events, enrollment campaigns etc.
  • Create and maintain benefits resources and content to ensure they are relevant at every stage of the employee life cycle.
  • Work towards the complete streamlining of benefits offerings within a multi-brand company.
  • Maintain and update written benefits process documentation.
  • Support the UK Payroll team in the completion of the year end P11D process.
  • Complete analysis of benefits take up rates, portal usage and identify trends. Off the back of this, suggest and implement improvements to the current benefits offering.
  • Support the administration of the Farfetch/Browns Workplace pension schemes.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience in employee benefits administration
  • Highly analytical and numerical with experience in data inputting, reconciliation, proficient in excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Proactively identify and solve problems and always look for ways to improve benefits processes for the business.
  • Work well in a high paced team and manage a high volume workload, working to tight deadlines and ensuring accuracy
  • A collaborative team member for daily benefits queries
  • Build relationships with our internal employees, new starters and benefits vendors
