LEGAL, ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE TEAM
We are an award-winning full-service in-house Legal, Ethics and Compliance function. We're based in the UK, Russia, Portugal, China, Italy, UAE and the US. We provide leadership and advice on strategic projects across all business units, whilst developing our role as an integrated partner within the business to make sure FARFETCH goes from strength to strength.

LOCATION
Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cozy environment. You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break!

THE ROLE
The Associate Privacy Project Manager will join Farfetch Legal, Ethics & Compliance Team, with the aim to assist the Legal Privacy Team in ensuring that the FARFETCH Group complies with the data protection standards applicable worldwide, implementing and improving procedures to demonstrate accountability of the Group around privacy and security issues.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Keep an updated record of processing activities across all companies of FARFETCH Group and liaise with the respective business owners accordingly; - Ensure the Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) are conducted in a timely and efficient manner, liaising as appropriate with the project owners, legal advisors and security teams and Data Protection Officer and providing support, if needed, to the project owners in fulfilling the Data Protection Impact Assessment;- Monitor the lifespan of Privacy Policies and related FARFETCH Group policies, ensuring a recurrent review cycle; - Define, with FARFETCH Legal Privacy Team, a project plan to monitor initiatives to be taken across the year, developing tools and techniques to monitor and track progress. - Work with the DPO to create dashboards for reporting privacy initiatives and privacy risks to the company stakeholders;- Help in the execution of integration plans of newly acquired businesses into FARFETCH Group’s privacy framework; - Support in monitoring and answering Data Subject Rights;- Be efficient with the use of the Group’s privacy software (One Trust) in order to assist in the tasks above related;- Define & agree with the initiatives plan with all teams involved and coordinate the teams to execute initiatives, looking for dependencies and getting the proper alignment, and highlighting risks of execution;

WHO YOU ARE
- A professional with an academic background compatible with the role to be performed, with some specialization in Data Privacy and/or Cybersecurity;- At least experience of 2+ years in delivery and/or project management, namely on privacy projects, including assisting or implementing new data protection frameworks, such as GDPR, ideally in retail, e-commerce and/or technology sectors;- Previous experience with privacy software, ideally One Trust; - Able to manage multiple initiatives/stakeholders/scopes/deadlines at the same time, identifying the necessary steps and moving forward through completion;- Excellent level of English communication skills both written and spoken;- Strong planning and organizational skills- Experience working with various stakeholders, and the ability to easily express your point of view.
