About FARFETCH Platform Solutions (FPS):
We’re the team that builds e-commerce for luxury. Ranging from Product, to Commercial, to Client Services to Marketing, we’re the B2B side of FARFETCH building white label websites, apps and retail technology for world-leading brands and retailers. About the role:
The Performance Marketing team is looking for an Affiliates & Partnerships Specialist to work on implementation of our client’s global paid marketing strategy. You will report directly to Performance Marketing Manager and Senior Affiliates & Partnerships Specialist and work on a broad range of Paid Marketing goals with a focus on affiliates, growth partners and brand partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will be managing large Affiliates & Partnerships campaigns, spanning multiple markets, languages and networks, from conception to execution – across an exciting portfolio of luxury fashion brands
  • You will update reports and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, purchasing patterns and website traffic to optimise activity
  • You will analyse performance and understand the details and effectiveness of each campaign, including individual partners and affiliate programmes
  • You will drive independent optimisation plans through analysis of data sets
  • You will manage advertising campaign operations with small to large sized publishers, ensuring all asset specifications and delivery expectations are met
  • You will manage campaigns and programmes with local-market focus, adjusting your approach based on each market’s performance and aligning with local brand specifications and promotions
  • You will manage affiliate communications, working alongside relevant internal and client-facing teams to consistently update affiliate programme messaging
  • You will adopt a continual ‘test and learn’ approach to all activities, developing A/B tests and sharing results with the wider team
  • You will work collaboratively across multiple channel stakeholders, identifying opportunities that affiliates & partnerships marketing can complement other paid and owned channels on

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have experience as digital marketing specialist with a background in affiliates & partnerships, marketing campaign delivery, strategy and optimisation
  • Preferably you will have experience running successful performance and brand driven activities across affiliate networks such as Rakuten, Partnerize and AWIN
  • You have experience managing digital marketing campaigns, being able to confidently liaise between different stakeholders and manage campaign deliverables
  • You have experience with communicating and building relationships with new publishers, negotiating packages and setting up publisher launches
  • You have strong communication skills, being able to confidently present to external partners as well as clients
  • You are willing to embrace new opportunities, bringing fresh perspectives without being afraid of failure
  • You are innovative and tech driven, able to identify and work with market-leading providers to evolve our offering
  • You have genuine interest in the digital marketing and fashion industry
