Technology and business processes sit at the heart of most modern organisations. While opening opportunities, they also introduce risk. In our Technology Risk teams, you’ll shape the future with confidence - combining digital expertise, technology and controls insight to help clients transform. You’ll drive growth, manage risk and create impact, shaping industries through real-world technological solutions.

Core skills for success

• Curiosity and motivation - Gaining a broad understanding of the business and IT landscape of some of our biggest clients, including their approach to cybersecurity, internal controls, data protection, resiliency, and software asset management.


• Integrity and quality - Assessing complex projects to spot risks and make recommendations.


• Analytical and systems thinking - Analysing data, communicating with clients and presenting your work.


• Digital, data and AI fluency - Understanding the risks associated with emerging technologies, including cloud adoption, the use of Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation.

• Use data, technology and professional judgement to help clients safeguard their IT environments and meet contractual and legislative obligations.


• Grow in your career to lead meetings, identify issues and propose solutions.


• Communicate and collaborate with EY teams across the globe.

Please note: If you are successful in securing an offer you will be required to remain in Northern Ireland for the entire duration of the programme. The offer cannot be transferred to any other EY location in the UK or Ireland.
