As a Shaper of the future, you’ll join our Technology Risk teams, blending digital expertise with advanced technology and controls insight to help clients understand, manage and transform. You’ll drive impact - helping organisations grow, protect and evolve through technology-led solutions to real-world challenges.

Core skills for success

  • Curious mindset - Assessing complex projects to spot risks and make recommendations.

  • Analytical thinking - Analysing data, communicating with clients and presenting your work.

  • Digital, data and AI fluency - Understanding the risks associated with emerging technologies, including cloud adoption, the use of Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation.

  • Develop your skills through hands‑on experience, coaching, and formal learning towards industry-standard qualifications.
