  • Translate complex tax and regulatory requirements into sustainable technical and functional designs.
  • Drive tax operating model transformation, including process re-engineering, controls enhancement, and service transition activities.
  • Champion the adoption of automation, data analytics, and GenAI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Support the development and deployment of GenAI use cases and intelligent automation across Funds tax processes.

  • Experience leading large-scale transformation or managed services programmes with strong governance disciplines.
  • Ability to bridge tax, technology, and operational teams and translate requirements into delivery plans.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience supporting client pursuits and service growth initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at senior client and internal leadership levels.
  • Demonstrated people leadership capability, including coaching and developing high-performing teams.

To Qualify for this role, you must have;

  • Typically 8–12+ years’ experience in tax, technology, consulting, or transformation roles within Financial Services.
  • Professional qualification in tax, accounting, technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working with global delivery models and cross-border teams is strongly preferred.
  • Strong interest in innovation, emerging tax technologies, and building scalable, repeatable solutions.
