Programme overview

On the GCR Global Tax CoE Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by helping global organisations meet direct tax reporting and compliance requirements. You’ll work in diverse, multi-country teams to deliver tax accounting and provision outputs, drive process improvements and leverage technology to create impactful, sustainable solutions for clients navigating complex tax landscapes.

What you will be doing

• Support the preparation of global tax provisions and disclosures.


• Coordinate inputs from controllers and tax teams across multiple countries to deliver accurate compliance & reporting.


• Analyse tax accounts, reconcile balances and maintain clear documentation to meet control and audit requirements.


• Help improve processes using standardisation and technology, while learning from and collaborating with EY specialists.

Key programme facts

• Programme length
  Two years. Please note: If you are successful in securing an offer you will be required to remain in Northern Ireland for the entire duration of the programme. The offer cannot be transferred to any other EY location in the UK or Ireland.
