Programme overview

On the Extended Assurance Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by helping financial services organisations manage risk, meet regulatory expectations and strengthen trust. You’ll work in high performing teams on assurance and advisory engagements, using data, technology and professional judgement to deliver insights clients can rely on. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll build your potential while making a real impact for clients and society. Along side this, you'll be studying for the CIMA certificate in Business Accounting.

Along the way, you'll follow a structured development journey that may include professional learning, training and, where relevant, qualifications aligned to your role.

• Work on assurance and advisory engagements across regulated financial services, helping clients manage risk and meet regulatory expectations.


• Analyse risks, controls and data to identify issues and deliver clear, well‑evidenced insights.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary EY teams and engage with clients and stakeholders.


• Develop your skills through structured learning, coaching and professional qualifications alongside real‑world experience.
