Multi-Site Manager (Deliveroo HOP)

We’re looking for a Multi-Site Manager to join our Dubai team. In this role, you’ll drive the highest performance possible within a cluster of sites, maximising customer satisfaction and optimising operational productivity.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Deliveroo HOP team. HOP is our speedy grocery delivery service, aiming to deliver household essentials to customers in as little as 10 minutes through a network of dedicated delivery stores.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Lead Regional Excellence: Oversee 2–4 sites, working closely with Assistant Managers to achieve KPI targets and maintain operational excellence at a distance.

• Drive Commercial Performance: Manage the P&L for your cluster, identifying opportunities to grow order volume and GMV while tightly controlling inventory and wastage.

• Champion People Development: Recruit, onboard, and motivate HOP team members, managing the full employee lifecycle and fostering a high-performance culture.

• Ensure Compliance & Safety: Act as the lead for Health & Safety and Due Diligence, ensuring all sites remain safe, legal, and compliant through regular audits.

• Optimise Operations: Plan effective work weeks to supervise merchandising, stock accuracy, and labour scheduling while helping to evolve the HOP operating model.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Essential

• Significant Grocery Expertise: Substantial experience in grocery operations with a proven track record of influencing P&L and KPI performance.

• Strong Leadership Capability: Proven ability to lead, recruit, and develop diverse teams, including experience in remote management and HR/ER cases.

• Operational & Compliance Rigour: Deep knowledge of food safety and Health & Safety requirements, with an eye for detail in maintaining site standards.

• Data Literacy: Tech-savvy and comfortable using data (experience with Looker preferred) to inform commercial decisions and track site progress.

• Adaptability: Flexibility to travel between multiple locations and work night shifts or rotational weekends to oversee Dubai operations.

Nice to Have

• Project Management: Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or business improvement projects.

• Hyper-growth Experience: Experience working within a fast-paced "dark store" or rapid delivery environment.
