From launching new sites to ensuring operational excellence across markets, we combine retail and hospitality expertise with operational rigour. We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Canning Town team. In this role, you’ll be the beating heart of our daily site operations, ensuring our customers get exactly what they need at lightning speed.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Deliveroo Hop team. Launched in 2021, Hop is our speedy grocery service delivering everything from weekly shops to late-night snacks in as little as 10 minutes.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed to ensure lightning-fast delivery.
Maintain quality control by ensuring every item delivered is of the freshest and highest quality.
Coordinate with our rider network to ensure seamless handovers and prompt deliveries.
Manage daily stock intake by supporting the delivery and processing of new products into the store.
Drive inventory accuracy through proactive support of onsite inventory management tasks.
Uphold site excellence by keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe for the entire team.

Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments where speed and accuracy are essential.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high food quality and safety standards.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with teammates and the rider community.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a "hands-on" attitude toward daily tasks.
Reliability and flexibility to support a 15-hour weekly schedule in a dynamic retail environment.
