Job Description
Senior National Account Manager
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo’s marketplace—shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data-led growth strategies, we take on big challenges that move the business forward. If you thrive in fast-paced, commercial environments and want to influence the future of a global brand—this is the team for you.
We’re looking for a Senior National Account Manager to join our UK team. In this role, you’ll manage the daily relationship with a portfolio of our largest restaurant partners, using data-driven insights to grow their sales and help them achieve operational excellence.
Get to know our Commercial team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the National Accounts team. Working with restaurant partners of this scale means you will often have to overcome challenges that Deliveroo is facing for the first time, directly shaping the future of how we work with our largest partners globally.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Strategic Performance Review: Monitor and analyse the performance of partner-specific goals, leading high-level review meetings to keep growth on track.
Operational Excellence: Manage weekly meetings to deliver insights that help partners improve their daily operations and become more efficient for customers and riders.
Consultative Growth: Provide expert guidance on how to scale delivery as a channel, increasing revenue and health metrics through best-practice consulting.
Hands-on Training: Deliver in-person training sessions for main restaurant partners, covering everything from operational best practices to on-site troubleshooting.
Internal Collaboration: Identify opportunities to deepen relationships by partnering with Deliveroo’s Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.
Regional Prioritisation: Partner with regional Commercial Managers to identify and prioritise growth opportunities in key zones across the UK.
Co-Marketing Initiatives: Work with restaurant marketing counterparts to execute campaigns that create tangible value for our partners.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Partnership Expertise: Significant experience in account management or a strategic partnerships role, ideally within a high-growth environment.
Data Fluency: The ability to manage complex data and translate it into compelling, clear, and applicable insights for senior stakeholders.
Relationship Mastery: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of how to drive revenue and improve business health metrics in a marketplace setting.
Problem-Solving Grit: A proactive approach to overcoming novel challenges and a desire to shape the future of a global brand.
