Job Description

The Team

Rider Performance and Experience - Associate role is part of the Rider Performance & Experience organization, with a regional scope covering the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar. This team is dedicated to optimizing delivery rider performance, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across these markets, and striving to offer a market-leading rider proposition.


The Role

The purpose of this role is to support in the developing and managing of rider performance and fraud policies across the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar, ensuring operational effectiveness and integrity. Responsibilities include structured reporting, ownership of key rider metrics, and collaborating in special projects designed to improve business-as-usual processes or enhance the understanding of key rider performance-related metrics.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Aid in developing and managing our rider performance and fraud policies across the Middle East region.

  • Support in structured reporting on key rider metrics and policies to senior stakeholders.

  • Assist in region-wide improvements to BAU processes and data-deep dives

  • Collaborate with local teams to optimize rider performance, fine-tune rider management policies and aid maintaining a strong rider proposition across Kuwait, Qatar, and the UAE.


Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of relevant professional experience within the industry or field.

  • Proficiency in English (must-have) and Arabic/ Urdu/ Hindi (good-to-have, but not essential).

  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven track record in project-collaboration with minimum stakeholder management.

  • Ability to handle large datasets through G-Suites, Excel and/or reporting tools such as Looker.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Be able to visualize data and have basic presentation skills.

  • Shows strong traits in being responsible for metrics-reporting and being a team-player.

  • Be committed to goals and driven towards punctual deliverables.
