What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Deliveroo for Work (DfW) team. DfW is our dedicated B2B arm, helping businesses—from tech startups to global law firms—manage corporate catering and employee food perks through a centralised, high-growth platform.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Lead and Inspire: Line manage a team of Business Development and Account Managers, fostering an inclusive culture and establishing a robust performance management framework.

  • Drive Strategic Vision: Partner with EU leadership to design and execute the global servicing strategy for our Italian client portfolio.

  • Master Stakeholder Management: Act as the key bridge between Product, Legal, and Marketing to ensure market-specific needs are prioritised and new features are rolled out seamlessly.

  • Optimise Portfolio Growth: Serve as the senior escalation point for Italian accounts, using data analysis to own renewals and identify expansion opportunities.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Lead global projects and campaigns, working closely with French and Belgian counterparts to ensure delivery against tight deadlines.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

  • Proven Commercial Leadership: Significant experience in B2B commercial roles with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Highly proficient in using data (ideally Looker and Excel) to extract insights, define team priorities, and structure complex deals.

  • Senior Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to navigate and influence C-suite stakeholders, particularly within professional services industries.

  • Operational Excellence: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and solve complex problems creatively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Multilingual Communication: Fluency in both Italian and English is essential for collaborating across our global and local structures.
