We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Naples team. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic consultant to our restaurant partners, using data-driven insights to unlock growth and strengthen our marketplace.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Account Management team. We oversee our restaurant brand relationships, acting as the primary link between Deliveroo and our partners in the Italian market to ensure mutual success and long-term loyalty.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Strategic Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting partnerships and acting as a trusted consultant for their digital growth.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse portfolio performance, sharing data-led insights with partners to improve operational metrics and consumer satisfaction.
Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to improve financial performance and enhance the Consumer Value Proposition (CVP).
Portfolio Growth Strategy: Design and execute strategies to increase market share, financial health, and brand loyalty across your designated perimeter.
P&L Oversight: Take ownership of your portfolio’s P&L, identifying commercial risks and proactively capturing new revenue opportunities.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential:
Significant experience in account management or sales, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Strong commercial acumen, including a solid understanding of P&L management and complex negotiation techniques.
Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytical tools to guide best practices and project management.
Strategic thinking, with a track record of identifying growth opportunities and translating them into actionable plans.
Nice to have:
Industry expertise within the Horeca, restaurant, or food market sectors.
Fluency in English, enabling collaboration with our global teams.
