Job Description
Role Outline
- Location: UK based remote role with ability to travel across the United Kingdom and internationally. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Permanent Contract
- Hours: Full time position (part time of 4 days a week may be considered). Cool Farm supports flexible working arrangements.
- Pay: £75,000- £85,000 per annum (FTE, pro-rata for part time).
- Application Deadline: 9am (UK), Friday 25th April 2025.
This role requires strong stakeholder management experience along with a balance of service driven commercial acumen in a not-for-profit context. An experienced leader with a strategic vision to drive innovation, value and impact in collaboration with our membership community and broader network. Working closely with the CEO, Head of Science and Methods and Head of Product & Technology, this role will ensure the future success of the Cool Farm Alliance and the impact on the world.
Leading a team of passionate and highly capable staff, the Head of Community Development will be responsible for overseeing the seamless integration of our support services, brand and communication activities and partner collaborations to your strategic direction. This role demands a strategic leader who can manage a broad range of stakeholders, cross-functional teams, drive business development, and ensure operational excellence across the organisation in a not-for-profit purpose driven environment.
