About the role

The Customer Growth Lead is accountable for customer audience growth and development and all key KPIs such as visits, registrations and ROI on marketing spend for carwow U.K. market.

The role will sit across all product types (Sell Your Car, Get Your Car including new, used and leasing and eventually drive) and across all channels (TV, search, CRM, social, PR and affiliates).

Working with teams across the organisation including the global marketing teams (Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM and Brand and PR) the Customer Growth Manager will orchestrate all aspects of U.K. consumer marketing, driving activity across different teams and measuring and monitoring performance.

Requirements

Leading on the development of the U.K. marketing strategy and calendar you will:

  • Plan cross channel campaign spend planning, refining success criteria and actively monitor performance
  • Co-ordinating creative creation by channel for U.K. market and align sign off across stakeholders.
  • Analyse performance week on week (with support of market place and global channel teams) and own reporting of this in trading including against overall market and competitors
  • Review and adjust channel spend and mix paid and unpaid & brand and generic based on trading performance
  • Support roll through of trading calendar opportunities across performance channels
  • Own affiliate relationship acquisition and set up

Working with global teams you will:

  • Localise of brand positioning for U.K. markets & coordinate Cross-channel campaign execution, coordination and driving of activities (e.g. setting up landing pages), alignment on messaging (e.g. making sure that ATL message carries through into PPC text and core messages are amplified across display).
  • Oversee UK specific PR aligning with campaign timings
  • Identify, size and prioritise new opportunities and lead on implementation coordinating activity across different business units.
  • Drive performance marketing improvement initiatives.
  • Create a programme of optimisation testing
