Job Description


Key responsibilities

  • Perform conferencing setups as requested
  • Assist & provide guidance to esd users on VC & AV requests
  • Perform basic trouble shooting on site escalating AV information tracking froms; maintain usage statistics & BT Conferencing basic reports as required Provide best effort assistance to fulfill multimedia technical needs/requests assigned

  • Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group setting to achieve common goals
  • Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended

Language skills

  • English on a fluent level is a must
  • German on a fluent level is a must
