What you’ll be doing
- Solutioning: Excellent client-facing skills, workshop facilitation, and ability to translate business requirements into technical blueprints, scalable solution aligning with OOTB.
- Governance: Proficiency in defining coding standards (best practices), design patterns (guardrails), and platform governance.
- Methodology: Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps methodologies.
Essential Skills / Experience
- Experience: 5+ years in IT with 3–5 years focused on ServiceNow architecture, design, and development.
- Implementations: Proven track record in at least 2–6+ large-scale, enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in ServiceNow Platform modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB, CSDM), Advanced Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and Integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, OAuth).
Desirable Skills / Experience
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in ITSM or CSM are a plus
- Coding Experience: Scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solution Architecture - Develops solutions which fit within the enterprise architecture in terms of information architecture, system portfolios and integration requirements.
- Problem Solving: The ability to identify, investigate and resolve problems through gathering the necessary information, formulating and verifying hypothesis, determining the root cause(s) and selecting and implementing the appropriate solution.
