• Technical Leadership: As a specialist, you'll provide technical leadership and guidance, helping to shape the technical direction and standards of the team.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop Full Stack Applications: Design, develop, and maintain web applications and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, React, Next.js, Nest.js, and AWS services.
• Architect and Implement Solutions: Create scalable and high-performance architectures, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, aligning to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Cloud Deployment and Management: Deploy and manage applications on AWS, utilizing ECS/Fargate and Lambda for efficient cloud solutions.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues in both development and production environments, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Mentoring Associate Developers: Provide guidance and support to associate developers, helping them improve their skills, know best practices, and grow in their careers.

Essential Skills / Experience

• Educational Qualification: A bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 6+ years
• Proficiency in Full Stack Development: Strong expertise in React, Next.js, Nest.js, Node.js, TypeScript for building robust and scalable web applications.
• Cloud Computing Skills: Experience with AWS services, particularly ECS/Fargate, Lambda, and CloudFront.
• Architectural Design: Ability to create and implement scalable, high-performance architectures that integrate seamlessly between systems.
• Database Skills: Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Strong methodical and problem-solving skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional skills in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• AWS Cloud Best Practices: Knowledge of AWS best practices for security, cost optimization, and performance.
• Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.

Desirable Skills / Experience

• In-depth knowledge of Java programming, object-oriented design, Sprint Boot, Web services etc.,
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and automated monitoring.
