What you’ll be doing

• Lead Development: Manage the creation and deployment of web apis using ReactJs, NodeJS and NextJs.
• Design Solutions: Build scalable software systems with database skills and Strapi.
• Manage Cloud Services: Optimize AWS services like ECS/Fargate, Lambda, and EKS.
• Ensure Code Quality: Maintain high coding standards, conduct code reviews, and manage Git commits.
• Collaborate and Mentor: Guide associate developers and work with cross-functional teams.
• Testing and Optimization: Implement unit and automated tests, monitor and improve application performance.

Essential Skills / Experience

Expertise in the following key capabilities –
• Educational Qualification: A bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Full Stack Development: Strong hands-on experience in Java Spring boot, Netflix Conductor & Microservice architecture.
• Database Management: Experience with databases (sql/no-sql)
• Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in AWS services like ECS/Fargate, Lambda, and EKS.
• Code Quality and Version Control: Ability to maintain high coding standards, conduct code reviews, and manage Git commits.
• Testing Capabilities: Experience with unit and automated testing.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Strong communication proficiency to work with cross-functional teams and mentor associate developers.
• Performance Optimization: Skills in monitoring and improving application performance.
• Additional Capabilities (Add-ons): Experience with Reaact, NodeJs, DynamoDB, API security and authentication, caching using Elasticache, Java and Sprintboot, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines etc.,

Desirable Skills / Experience

• Expert knowledge of relevant technologies and architecture (IT and Network)
• Deep product knowledge of relevant products
• Deep understanding of commercial objectives
