This job role is be based in Cheltenham, Onsite (Office based 5 days per week). Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week. You will need to be eligible to obtain DV Security Clearance before starting this role. You will need to have lived in the UK for 10+ years to be eligible.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide the technical direction and management for the testing and assurance of world class secure platforms, on large complex test programmes.
- Technically lead the test and assurance of a complex delivery by providing technical insight and guidance of how to achieve a high-quality delivery.
- Work directly with customers to understand and capture requirements/user stories, through to integration, acceptance, and customer sign-off, ensuring delivered solutions align to customer expectations.
- Manage automated testing solutions and provide ongoing support to team members
- Provide technical coaching and mentoring to more junior team members.
- Line manage the team responsible for the test and assurance on the programmes you are working on.
Essential experience
- Up-to date and proven hands-on experience of HP ALM, Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence) or similar, specifically for Test Management.
- Ability to creatively apply a wide range of technical and/management principles.
- Performed highly complex work activities covering technical, financial, and quality aspects.
Desirable experience
- Have knowledge of Security solutions or delivered a security project
- Have Security Clearance at DV level or be prepared to go through the process
