BT has been operating in Hungary since 1999. In addition to its sales office for the EMEA region, the company established its business service centre, BT ROC, in Hungary in 2007, with offices in Budapest and Debrecen. What you’ll be doing?

We are looking for agile, talented, talkative, proactive people who are supporting our internal and external customers in the field of offer and order management. This is a position, which is in the heart of our processes. it gives a very good overview about our way of working, products and very good starting point to build a career within a multinational company. You can have insight in Project Management, Commercial Management and even Sales.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Keeping the contact with your own internal/external customer and with various teams within BT
  • Transporting the information between teams and being able to provide feedback about the ongoing offer and order request
  • Tracking, following up your assigned requests (offers, orders)
  • Being able in case of needs intervene in the process to speed it up
  • Participating in weekly calls to give relevant feedback about your assigned requests

You’ll be part of a great, dedicated and fun team, as a key point of contact between internal teams. We are a team of 400 people in BT, primarily validating incoming Quote and Order requests of BT products and services and preparing proposals, launching orders. As part of this team, you’ll work in various systems and with various technical and commercial teams to help our customers find the best product solution to their needs in the quickest possible way. Our Service Request Coordinators can learn about products and solutions of this amazing and essential industry daily, helping our customers to Be Connected. You’ll acquire soft and hard skills which would ensure your further career progression within BT. We will count on you to work according to firm processes, as well as using your individual approach and communication skills in your daily work.

  • Customer focus – ability to communicate with customers as you wanted to be treated when using a service. Being professional in a simple, straightforward manner.
  • Team work – working in collaboration with your direct and wider BT team, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Taking ownership – consider your requests as your own, be dedicated and take the extra mile.
  • Problem-solving – help finding solutions to issues. If a failure happens, be dedicated to analysing and finding root- causes to learn from it and help others to learn from it.
  • User level knowledge in Microsoft application is what we need. We use Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word mostly. We help upskilling you to more advanced level if your scope requires.
  • Confident, fluent level of English. German or Spanish is an advantage.
